What Has the Conger PTO Supported

Helping Enhance the Education of our Children

The Conger PTO makes contributions to the school and students to enrich their education.

Here are some of the contributions we made over the past few years .

Back to School Night - This is an event sponsored by the Conger PTO to allow the students and their parents to meet the teachers before school starts.

Fall Dance - This Conger PTO sponsored event allows the students to have a fun evening of food, dancing, and fun!

Secret Santa - This weekend activity allows students to purchase gifts for family and friends at a one-stop shop with the help of staff and volunteers, participate in raffles, bake walk and get a picture taken with Santa.

Book Fairs - We ensure that every child in the school is able to purchase at least one book of their own to take home and keep.

Field Day - Conger PTO provides bounce houses in the school gymnasium on field day.

Family Movie Night - The Conger PTO provides free snacks and drinks, and a family-friendly movie for this fun evening family event.

Teacher Appreciation Week - The Conger PTO shows our appreciation for everything the teachers do for our children by providing gifts and a meal.

School Field Trips - Conger PTO sponsors field trips to the Columbus Zoo, Nutcracker Ballet, Stratford Ecological, etc.

Technology - The Conger PTO continues to provide funds to improve and upgrade technology at Conger, including iPads and Chromebooks.

Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) - The Conger PTO provides funds for the (PBIS) Program. This program is an approach to intervention derived from social, behavioral, educational, and biomedical science to achieve reduction in problem behavior and improved quality of life. PBIS is unique in its focus on systems change. Emphasis is placed on prevention, environmental redesign, and instruction.

Conger PTO exists to raise funds to enhance the education of our children.
